Philosophy |
Lertlah
School focuses on students’ progress with regards
to academic, social, emotional and moral development.
In order to promote this development, teachers and
parents must have a consistent and real understanding
of the students. This happens through a cooperative
relationship between teachers and parents. |

for both self-development and social development.

to both their academic and special abilities.

health, (i.e. to provide guidance, nutritious food,

Vision |
Lertlah
School has kept improving upon our management system
to meet the universal standards and to become a
leader in teaching English in Thailand. We apply
technology in education with creativity in order
to lead our students to gain knowledge in science
and other subjects, and to have a good educational
background in academic foundation. Besides, they
will also develop creative ideas to use in critical
thinking, be able to solve problems and behave properly.
By applying integration methodology the students
will incorporate the principles of exemplary conduct,
emphasizing paying attention to lessons, showing
proper manners toward elders, seeing the value and
the importance of Thai culture, demonstrating happiness
and good personal hygiene. We focus on the students
and try to support their individual abilities and
talents with cooperation between the home, community
and the School. |

Mission

To set up the School Charter and develop plans to
be in consonance with the philosophy, policy, vision
and goal of the School.
2. To organize teaching and learning procedure utilizing
child-centered methodology.
3. To organize the curriculum and provide an educational
setting that is appropriate to the students in the
community.
4. To organize teaching and learning procedures
utilizing English as a medium of instruction so
that the students can gain direct instruction from
foreign teachers.
5. The Management team with a good vision aims at
self-development and evaluates operational development
periodically.
6. To organize a modern educational management and
information filing system to facilitate team work.
The internal evaluation system is applied in order
to improve the work system and to cope with the
evaluation by outsiders for international competition.
7. To select the appropriate personnel who have
knowledge and abilities according to the work they
are responsible for.
8. To organize a quality service system to satisfy
those who receive the School services.
9. To support and develop the students' individual
differences and varying abilities.
10. To provide areas, classrooms, classroom atmosphere
and environment to facilitate instruction.
11. To organize an internal inspection system to
develop the potential of personnel.
12. To provide learning activities and encourage
the students to have a reading habit, desire to
know and learn as well as develop creative ideas.
13. To provide the media and materials for teaching
and learning, and support the use of high technology

in in-services periodically in order to
develop their knowledge and skills, including virtues,
ethics, good manners and right conduct.

by the Office of Private Education Commission, under
The Ministry of Education.
16. The School must have an internal evaluation ready
for the external supervision by the Office of Educational
Quality Standard Certification.
17. The School will be an exemplary school recognized
